What is Ice-Cooled Computer Cooler???

Ice-Cooled Computer Cooler, ICCC, is a computer cooling system designed to overcome limitations of
computer water cooling system, CWCS. Computer water cooling system, CWCS, has these limitations:

1- CWCS can not lower computer component temperature less than room temperature. But ICCC breaks this
barrier and can lower computer component temperature to as low as bellow water freezing point.

2- CWCS can only spot cool a computer. But ICCC can spot and general cool a computer.

3- CWCS has internal outward pressure, which can cause leaks. But ICCC creates internal inward pressure,
which prevents leaks.
